Within OpsGenie today we had an alert pop. I used the quick copy feature to get the entire alert title to paste in our internal communication system, but when pasting it revealed the html code for quotation mark (") instead of an the actual character (").
I am fairly sure I am not an administrator in our space, so I can not submit this directly, but can this be escalated and corrected?
Hello Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to Opsgenie community. I am Nayan, happy to help.
If you could please share a video or screenshot while the issue was happening, I can investigate on this further on my side.
Additionally, for specific use case, you can reach out to the admins/owners of the Opsgenie instance and they can create a support ticket with us to investigate the issue for your use case.
Please do let us know, we are here to help.
Regards,
Nayan
I don't have a video or screenshot of the issue, but the alert would say something like this:
PROBLEM: [device] Application "operationstate" Not Running
and next to the alert is the quick button to "Copy the message to this alert"
after selecting that to copy the message and repost internally it pastes the following:
PROBLEM: [device] Application "operationstate" Not Running
Does that help?

Hello Michael,
Thank you for getting back to us with more details.
This would require more investigation and we would need a support ticket to check on specific incidents for this case.

I believe this link is where I initially went before posting in the first place. I could not get past the "What is your Site URL?" question. The link I used is the same as in the photo. When I tried to substitute in the the 'mysitename' portion I was unable to access the resultant link: https://siriusxm.app.opsgenie.atlassian.net/
Would this still be the link I enter for that portion? Is that close enough for support to understand where my issue truly lies?

Hello Michael,
I see the Atlassian Site for your Opsgenie instance is https://siriusxm1.atlassian.net/. Could you please try populating this URL in the Atlassian Site URL field.

Hi @Michael Strickler , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.
Do you happen to have a screen or anything you captured to be able to show where you were working when this happened?
I will flag this post to Atlassian for them to respond to you here.
Best wishes
