OPSGenie will not grant me access.

I am attempting to get access to OPSGenie. I am in the OpsGenie group as a user, I have product access.

I have not accessed it before.

When I go to OPEN OPS Genie, I get sent to the Login page.

Its a standalone opsgenie.

Any clues?

Thanks

mark

Turns out that when using stand-alone OPSGenie, you need to be INVITED from OpsGenie to get access.

Being dropped into the Ops genie User group in Admin, does not suffice.

Hello @Mark Higgins ,

This is Shashwat from Opsgenie and here to help! :)

Yes, that's correct and you would need to be invited into Opsgenie from within the Opsgenie settings by one of the existing Admins/Owners in the Opsgenie instance.

Here is the help document on how they can add you as a user to the Opsgenie account:

Best,
Shashwat
