We are currently testing Opsgenie. Our alarm sources cannot access the Internet directly. Only via proxy alarms could be sent from the systems to Opsgenie. Is there a solution for this, like an agent or an API gateway that can collect all alarm sources and send them to Opsgenie?

You might want a monitoring system that can collect, optionally relate, categorize, and prioritize your alarms. Zabbix is an option that we've used successfully, and integrates with Opsgenie. Zabbix & Opsgenie
