Is there a way to search for a team based on the description?

In Opsgenie, When I want to locate a Team, I see that the search works only based on the Team name but not based on Description of the Team.

A team may name them as xyz but it was know for supporting multiple services and they want to list those service names in description for easy discoverability.

Where do you recommend the other names to that Team be listed and still easy to search??

hi @Swarna Chilakala ,

Why not add the teams as service owners and search in the services tab. Then click on the service owner tab to see which team owns which service.

Would that help?

Regards

Howard
