Is the Incoming Call number reachable globally?

With Opsgenie's Incoming Call routing system, is the number provided reachable globally? Can someone from Saudi Arabia call the US-based Opsgenie Incoming Call number?

Yes, the number assigned within the Opsgenie incoming call integration should be able to be reached Globally. You should not have a problem calling the U.S assigned number from Saudi Arabia unless there is some sort of restriction from the local carrier.

I have a chat ongoing with live support for the provisioning of a Dutch number, your representative claims that it is fine as he asked a colleague from the NL to test it, but I can't reach that number (using a Belgian mobile).
You say I should ask support from my operator?
