Hello, I've had the issue recently where the insistent notification by opsgenie are silenced as soon as other notifications from other apps appear. I have an android.
Hi, could you please check this setting?
You should see notification channels (e.g., Alerts, On-call, etc.).
Enter the channel that corresponds to the persistent notification (usually the main alerts channel).
Check:
Importance: set to High or Urgent (to appear on the screen and with sound).
Sound: choose a clear and loud ringtone.
Ignore Do Not Disturb / Override DnD:
If this option appears in "Advanced" or "Channel Details," enable it.
Then, within Opsgenie:
Go to My Profile → Sounds.
Click on the Notification Rule you use for alerts.
This should open the notification channel screen on Android, where you can check/adjust the options above.

I believe this should help; if it doesn't, please provide more information about any error messages that may appear.
Hi Jorge,
I'm not able to find the "Importance" setting in opsgenie nor my phone's settings, along with the DnD override option. I'm assuming opsgenie is still able to override it as access to DnD is listed as one of the permissions the app has in my phone's settings. Here's what my phone shows:
