Incident Slack Channel name

Hi all

Hello everyone, We have found ourselves in the situation of having to change the name of a slack channel created from an OpsGenie incident. It was created with a name (changing the pre assigned by OpsGenie) and some time later we realised that we had to change it. The problem is that as the channel is created in slack by the OpsGenie user, it no longer allows any other user to modify the name. Is there any way to solve this?

hi @Celia Gallego currently it is not possible to change the naming convention of these created channels. We do have a feature request logged with our engineering team here:
