This is Shashwat from Opsgenie and here to help! :) 

May I know what's happening when you try to star multiple saved searches in your Opsgenie instance?

Could you please attach a screenshot of how it looks at your end?

I tested this in my lab and am able to successfully pin multiple saved searches to my Homepage as expected.
