Hi Team, The Opsgenie app was working fine earlier. However, after I was added to a team, I was prompted to complete my profile, which required me to log in to the Opsgenie app on my mobile again. Since then, I’m unable to log in with my credentials, and it’s not triggering PingID authentication as well.

This usually happens when your Opsgenie account is managed through SSO, but the mobile app is trying to authenticate using local credentials instead.
If your organization uses PingID / SSO, Opsgenie does not allow password-based login anymore. After you were added to a team and asked to complete your profile, the session was reset and the app now expects SSO authentication.
Please try the following:
Log out completely from the Opsgenie mobile app
Open the app again and choose Log in with SSO
Enter your company email domain, not username/password
Complete the PingID authentication flow
If the app still does not redirect to PingID:
Confirm with your admin that SSO is enabled and enforced for Opsgenie
Ask the admin to re-invite you or toggle SSO enforcement off and on once
Ensure you are using the latest version of the Opsgenie mobile app
Direct username/password login will not work if SSO is enforced, which is why credentials are rejected and PingID is not triggered automatically.
Hi @Hari Krishna , thank you for your response. I’ll check with my admin, as the app is not giving me the option to log in using SSO.
