I can no longer see on call time by user report on opsgenie

I cannot find the old report where I could see user on call time, is it no longer available?

I only have notification optionsimage.png

Hi @João Carvalho ,

Thanks for reaching out to Opsgenie. 

I see that you are currently able to view only the Resource Usage Reports and unable to see the On-call analytics. I believe this could be a plan limitation.

It appears that your Opsgenie instance is currently either on the Essentials plan (If it is a Standalone Opsgenie) or on the JSM standard plan (If it is a JSM bundled Opsgenie).

The on-call reports are currently available only on plans Standard and Enterprise (For Standalone Opsgenie) and on JSM Premium and above (For JSM bundled instances)
