I'm not able to logon to the Opsgenie and getting "Your account is suspended" msg. Tried to reset the pwd via the "Forgot your password?" option but didn't receive any email.
I didn't find yet who is the admin of the Opsgenie in our organization and the URL is not accepted in the Atlassian Support form > This doesn't look like an Atlassian Cloud URL you're typing.
Is there some other way how to get Atlassian Support? Preferably speaking with someone who is familiar with the Opsgenie.

Is your OpsGenie connected to a JSM instance? If so, I would try using the JSM URL to raise your ticket. Only your admin can unsuspend you. May look into administer your Atlassian instances within your company or IT to see who that is.
