I have made the integration between Opsgenie and Jira Service Management (JSM), the current scenario allows to capture in JSM the alarms created in Opsgenie and vice versa; Now the situation when I create an incident in Opsgenie generates an alert and this alert is the one that is captured in JSM but the affected service is not captured, is there a way to do it, please help your community.
