Hi Team,

This issue concerns email integration.
I am attempting to incorporate message.extract(/Current (queue depth)/) into the tags field, as the tags attribute is not emanating from the email template.

When I enter any text other than dynamic property, it is not displaying the value (I am referring to showing the select option in that field again, resulting in a blank field)

I want to look like the second screenshot, where the jobs tag was displayed on the alert.

Can you suggest what i can do here?

Hey Anil,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

To add a dynamic value, such as message.extract(), in the Tags field of an Opsgenie email integration alert rule, it's important to ensure the property extraction is correctly formatted. You could try extracting the value into an intermediate alert property first, and then reference that property in the "Tags" field. Alternatively, double-check if the regular expression correctly matches the content of your incoming email.

More information on using dynamic properties in Opsgenie integrations can be found here:

Best Regards,
Egor
