How to add OpsGenie alerts to Jira ticket on bulk mode?

Hello everyone.

Current, we can create a new Incident in OpsGenie and add several alerts to this incident.

On the other hand, also we can add an alert to a Jira ticket.

But, it would be handy for us can add several alerts to a Jira ticket using a bulk mode.

Do you know a way to do it? Or a plugin or other tool to do it?

Hi @Oscar Rosales ,

This is Darryl, I am here to help. 😃

Understand that you would like to know if it's possible to bulk linking Opsgenie alerts to a Jira ticket just like associating alerts to incidents.

Unfortunately, this is not feasible in the current design.

I have created a feature request on your behalf, OPSGENIE-638, please vote it and set yourself as a Watcher to receive the latest updates.

Thank you very much for your feedback in helping us improve Opsgenie.

Kind regards,
