How to access OpsGenie

psoundararajan
April 29, 2025

With reference to the recent announcement, I am saddened to see Ops-Genie being phased out.

I would like to check whether the org account has any associated Ops-Genie licenses. Additionally, could anyone please advise on how to access these licenses via our Atlassian portal

Thank you for your guidance.

Welcome @psoundararajan

To see the licenses of your products you need to be the organization admin:

1.Go to admin.atlassian.com

2.Click products

3.Start to search for Opsgenie products

You probably received an email to migrate your Opsgenie content to Jira Service Management?

You need to be an organization admin to access the user management part and from there to filter out the users that are using Opsgenie.

Compas and Opsgenie are not the same products, have you meant to post something else?
