How do you export your on-call schedule and see only yourself, not the team?

When I go to an on-call schedule I can export the calendar that lists the entire team's schedule. But I only want to see my own on-call schedule on my Google Calendar, not my teammates'. How do I do this?

When I go to Settings > Your On-Call Schedule it only shows 1 of my 2 on-call rotations. This is where I would think to export it, but it is not clear why it isn't showing both.

Hey there Emily,

Welcome to the community :-)

I see you would like to export your rotations but you cannot see the two teams that you work in, are you able to navigate to Teams and see the rotation from that screen? If you are a member of a team you should be able to see the on-call schedule.

That all said, it is not possible to download JUST your own schedule, you get the whole team's schedule.

If you goal is to get notified of you upcoming rotation, I recommend setting up your notification rules. You can, for example, you can configure it so you get an email or a text a few days before your scheduled shift, you have the option to get notified about the start and the end of your schedule.

  • Schedule Start: Your on-call rotation is being started.

  • Schedule End: Your on-call rotation is being ended.

I hope this help, please do let me know if you have further questions :)

Cheers

Elelta
