How can I automate a Slack channel creation from an incident?

I already have Opsgenie connected to my Slack workspace and to create the channel for each new incident, manually, works just fine.

However, I wish to make it into an automation, part of our incident management process... whenever a new incident is opened in Opsgenie, it automatically creates its equivalent Slack channel. Does anyone know how to do that?

Haven't found how to automate that process anywhere. Everywhere, it would only give the steps on how to connect both softwares, in order to make it possible to create a slack channel, but not how to make it automatically.

Hi @Carolina Catalani -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There is an automation rule action to do that, although I have not used this one:

Kind regards,
