How Can i desactivate trial account ?

i want to desactivate trial account knowing that i 'dont have an administrator account

When you say deactivate do you mean deletion?

To delete your OpsGenie account, you'll need to be the Account Owner. You can see instructions on how to delete the account on this page.

If you mean your personal Atlassian Account, you can see instructions on how to do that on this page instead
