Our auditors need a list of incidents with some details with some criteria as a CSV/Excel file. It seems that OpsGenie allows decent filtering but not downloading of the list.

Is it some hidden feature? Or it's not yet possible? If so, when do you plan to implement "download search results as a CSV" feature? :)

Hey Kalle,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Currently, Opsgenie does not offer a direct feature to export filtered incidents as a CSV or Excel file. This limitation has been noted by users seeking to generate detailed reports for auditing and analysis purposes.

We do have a feature request opened here - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1037

Please make sure to vote for it and start watching it to get updates.

Best Regards,
Egor
