it is doesn't make sense, why the description and detail will be truncated to 1000 characters. if I want to get the full description and details, do you have any suggestion ?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Unfortunately, this is a limitation in Opsgenie product, which gives you the ability to have up to 1000 characters on the alert description.

There is no setting or parameter you could change on the configuration of the tool to increase it.
