Deny the ability to close incidents from the phone

Is there a way to not be able to close incidents through phone, where this would only be available through the website?

It seems you're using Opsgenie App to close alerts or incidents? Could you please share the screenshot you're using? Maybe there's any automation to close incident when you ak'd alerts. I'm not sure. Hope more information is provided.

Hey! Thanks for the swift reply, what I mean is when I get a call from opsgenie I can press (2) to close the alert on the spot. I am wondering whether this can be disabled so that alerts are only handled through the app or website

Just found this feature request, so I'm assuming this isn't currently possible
