I am looking at Opsgenie with an eye to jump from PagerDuty. I'm wondering how new users are billed when you are paying annually? Is co-terminus an option? My company uses other Atlassian products so I would really like to be able to move to Opsgenie.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
If you subscribe to an annual plan, any licenses added beyond that initial agreement are billed on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the period and co-termed with renewal.
