Hi,

i have OpsGenie Edge Connector to ack in zabbix, when acked in OpsGenie.

I have configured OpsGenie to also close in Zabbix, if i press the close button.

I can't really find documentation on how i can do this.

But at this point it does not execute on the zabbix server.

I tried adding a maping like this:

"Close": {
"filepath": "path/to/actionExecutorForZabbix4.py",
"sourceType": "local",
"env": [],
"stdout": "/home/opsgenie/oec/output.txt"
}

This fails to start OEC at restart.

What am i missing ? :)

updated: action name was wrong on the mapping

Well, i talked to support, and if i need this, i need to add the function to the python script.

The thing is that zabbix does not really care if you resolve the issue.
If it's resolved, you will, by default, receive a new alert if it's triggered again.

I guess the ackknowledge is what i need.
Thanks :)

Closing.
