Can you notify of an alerts only if it fires x amount of times in y minutes?

Hi :)

Can you set up an alert notification policy so that as an example we would only be notified if a specific alert fired 5 times in 30 minutes?

Yes, you can configure a notification policy to send notifications if a specific alert is fired x amount of times in y amount of times.
