Can you access Directory from Opsgenie?

Hi everyone!

One of the technicians that work in my directorate that uses Opsgenie has noticed that the Directory feature on the Opsgenie phone application is not available on the web version. I've done some searching and couldn't find any similar queries, so I was wondering if there was a way to have the directory appear in the web version of Opsgenie? 

I explored some workarounds and realised I could give read-only admin access to staff so they could access the "Users" subsection within Opsgenie's settings, however the read-only access gives them visibility to more things than I would like them having. 

Is there a way to bring the Directory function to Opsgenie or am I stuck giving users read-only admin to view users?

Hey Josh,

The Directory functionality is indeed not available on the WebApp and it cannot be brought there. This was because the initial ideas was for on-call agents to be connected and notified via Mobile Apps where just the configuration aspect is handled via the WebApp.

However, I do understand your use case and hence, you may go ahead and create a Feature Suggestion ticket for that on our Dashboard here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa and feel free to let us know if you need any assistance with that.
