Can opsgenie receive emails from an outlook DL and create alerts ?

Hello,

We are receiving alerts from various monitoring tools on a DL in outlook. I want that DL to send emails to Opsgenie and opsgenie to create alerts. Is this possible ?

If yes, please help me with solutions.

Hi @Rahul Laad ,

If your DL can forward emails to an Opsgenie Email integration, then this should be possible. The Email integration is very simple; anytime an email is sent to the integration's address, an alert can be created.

If you want to fine-tune the integration to only have certain emails create Opsgenie alerts, you can edit or configure multiple create alert actions under the integration's Advanced tab. Note this tab is only available on the Standard and Enterprise plans though:
