Calling feature limitation on trial or country issue?

Hello,

We are trying out opsgenie and so far so good , the only issue we have is this error as attached when we try to setup call escalations. 

What we want to know is, if this is a limitation of the Trial plan or if Japan calling is not supported? SMS arrives without issue.

You'd want to open a support ticket through Opsgenie support to get Japanese voice notifications enabled for your trial. You can do that here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
