Authentication problem when linking JIRA issues in OpsGenie Incident

I'm getting "Authentication failed" error when trying to link JIRA software issues or JIRA service management requests to an OpsGenie incident

It sounds like a user access issue. Are you able to access the linked Jira instance by logging in directly?

Yes, I can. 

Also other admin users also facing same issue. So not specific to my user access permissions?
