Join our research study to improve theming for Atlassian apps
Earlier in January 2026, we ran a research study to better understand how teams customize the look and feel of Atlassian apps. Based on those learnings, we’re now exploring solutions, and we’d love your input.
We’re inviting admins to participate in an upcoming research study focused on improving theming and appearance settings across Atlassian apps.
About the study
This is a moderated research session where you’ll be asked to share your screen and walk us through your Atlassian look and feel settings.
What’s involved?

A 60-minute session with video and screen sharing

A walkthrough of your current look and feel settings and your experience using them
-
A review of early designs to evaluate usability and the impact of a unified theming experience in your organization
As a thank you for your time, you’ll receive a $100 USD e-gift card after completing the session.
Note: We may not be able to interview everyone who signs up. We’ll select participants who best represent a diverse mix of roles, product usage, and team environments. Gift cards will only be provided to participants who are selected and complete the research session.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for organization and site admins who:

Have access to the look and feel settings for Atlassian apps and sites

Have experience customizing site appearance, such as:

Site logo

Site title

Color scheme

Favicon

Maintain the look and feel of sites

Support teams working across Atlassian sites and apps

Are comfortable sharing details of their experience
