youtube shorts help

I need someone to help me do the right size for youtube shorts,  AI chat gave me directions but the scene is so small I don't think it was correct,  I tried one and youtube did not place it in shorts,  ~~~  I wanted to show two tabs while recording,, I had to reduce my tabs to like 30% of their size to get them to fit,

I need someone to hold my hand and walk me thought this,
