unable to record

Hello, I have recently signed up for Loom hoping that this would enable me to record some information, but the 'record' button doesn't appear.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing.

Very frustrating, please help.

HI @Liz Jenkins 

 

Welcome. Depending on your computer security might be highly restricted where only when you enable recording and microphone for an app, will it work. You might want to start looking into your computer security settings and see if there's a setting to enable for loom. 

I have the loom desktop and chrome extension are both are working for me at the moment.
