I'm trying to record my first Loom on a team account. Everything seems like it's working fine except as soon as I hit record my camera stops and I get a "recording not available, please refresh" message. Am I doing something wrong?

I've experienced some errors when trying to record a meeting today, so I've raised a ticket and got the following response:
I'm sorry for the trouble here. This looks to be related to an incident on our end that our engineers are working through as a priority. We'll have an update for you shortly!
I've also just checked the official Loom Statuspage and as you can see, there's an active incident which may affect you as well.
However, if the problem persists, create a ticket with the Loom Support team by going to your Loom Library and clicking the ? in the bottom right corner.
