Could you please downgrade my manager - Laura's account to creator life? we only need one admin account.
It says Laura's account will be downgrade on 1/9/2027. We would like it to be downgraded now to avoid the extra account charges.
Please assist. Thank you!
I'm assuming you've already paid for an annual subscription for her account. You'll want to connect with billing support at https://support.atlassian.com/loom/

Creator Lite seats are always free, and an Admin of the workspace has to make this change.
