in account settings in my printify on my shopify store the 'get verification email ' button wont send nor let me type my email, the chat help person suggested I try loom for answers but when I tried to sign up for Loom it wouldn't let me type in my name. Both instances there was a little red circle with diagnal slash over the little hand
