how do i delete my account?

i tried to delete my account and it said:

Your account can't be deleted because:

  • User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
  • User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions

i have no idea what this means

Please can you share which instructions you tried to follow to delete your account?

I think there are some hiccups with the transition from Loom to Atlassian. 

Do you have a standalone Loom account or did you sign up from Atlassian.com?

yeah i started off with loom just trying to make a screen recording and it didnt really do i what i wanted and it was really confusing im not sure what ive done so im not quiet sure

Hi, I have exactly the same problem - I started off with loom trying to make a screen recording but it wasn't what I wanted.  Is is possible to delete my account now?
