I pls. need urgent help or advice with terminateing and deleting my account with loom, due to difficulty to the free version which ends in 3 days. I usually wanted to have a unlimited free version.
Anyhow, can anyone pls. let me know how and where to delete, terminate and cancel Loom in total?
the KI support says: 1. Go to Workspace Settings // 2. ( which I can´t see anywhere) select the plan and billing tab // Click on Manage subsricption to view, change or cancel current plan.
The free version is not active therefore no downgrade possible.

There is a link at the bottom of this page to submit a form asking for help. I have used this before and they are normally pretty quick to reply.
