deleting the app and my account

I have been trying to delete loom from my laptop but it says that the name doesn't match the app so i can't delete is. when i went on the app it says i can't delete my account because it is linked to atlassian and when i came on here to try to change or delete my account i can't because 

• User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.

so now i am kind of trapped and don't know how i need to delete my name of 3 different places. please tell me how i can get this app of my laptop.

Hi @Nyla Van Volxem , indeed Loom is tied to your Atlassian account. If you are the billing contact I suggest you find someone else associated with the instance to take over that responsibility. You can then remove yourself and delect your account. If you remain stuck and need assistance with deleting your Atlassian account you can always reach out to Atlassian Support.
