creator lite deactivation

if i deactivate all of our creator lite accounts that do not need creator status, how will those people still access the workspace to watch the videos?

If you deactivate a Creator Lite user, they will no longer have access to the workspace or its workspace-only content.

If your plan still offers a Viewer role, I’d change those users to Viewer instead of deactivating them. Loom allows admins to change roles, and the available roles vary by plan.

One other important point: Creator Lite is currently being phased out as Loom accounts move into Atlassian administration, so depending on your workspace, those users may be converted to paid Creators unless you remove them.

If they only need to watch videos and don’t need workspace membership, another option is to share videos as Public, where anyone with the link can watch without a Loom account, assuming your workspace security settings allow it.
