controls of loom not coming

issue is that iwhile recording loom app my issue is that the control tab is not moving alongwith diofferent screens that i move as that is sa issue , i am using mac app

Hi Naresh,

You might be recording a tab or window rather than the full screen. You can learn more here. I would suggest using the Desktop recorder (download it here) and setting it to "full screen" record. This will ensure Loom follows you seamlessly!

I would open a support ticket for this - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ as this sounds like an issue in your app, and not with the tool in general.
