cant get mic and camera to work on loom

I have a lenovo laptop and tried doing a video on loom but I cant figure out how to get my mic and camera to  work. Can someone help pls

Hi @Robin Landry 

If your camera and microphone work with other apps, in sytem settings of your computer operating system, check that the app (and/or the browser) have permissions to use microphone and camera.

This a screenshot from a Mac but Windows would be similar.
