cant get mic and camera to work on loom

I have a lenovo laptop and tried doing a video on loom but I cant figure out how to get my mic and camera to  work. Can someone help pls

To better assist, could you clarify which version of Loom you are using on your device: Chrome extension or Desktop app?

Hi @Robin Landry 

If your camera and microphone work with other apps, in sytem settings of your computer operating system, check that the app (and/or the browser) have permissions to use microphone and camera.

This a screenshot from a Mac but Windows would be similar.
