Have your IT team temporarily reactivate the former admin's email address or set it up as an alias. That allows you to trigger a password reset, log in, and assign the admin role to yourself.
Without access to email, you will need to reach out to Loom Support so they can verify ownership and transfer the account. Once you are back in, definitely add a second admin to prevent getting locked out again.
