We’re currently running into two issues with Loom that started appearing very recently and wanted to check whether others are experiencing the same problems.
Workspace sharing no longer works as expected
Our workspace is set up so that anyone in the workspace can view Looms by default. We have around 50 people in the workspace. Until about a week ago, this worked reliably.
Videos jump back to the beginning or stop during playback
When creating a Loom or watching one (including our own videos), playback often jumps back to the beginning after a few seconds or stops entirely. This happens consistently and makes reviewing or sharing Looms quite frustrating.
Both issues started recently and have a noticeable impact on our day-to-day usage.
Has anyone else experienced this? Are there known issues, workarounds, or recent changes that could explain this behavior?

Is it possible that your admin changed the default workspace setting to private? This would impact all future videos in the way your describing.
