Why is there a green bar at the bottom of my Loom video when downloaded?

I am downloading my Loom video that I made yesterday. I have downloaded it multiple times and there is a green bar at the bottom of the video. I turned off the hardware acceleration on Google Chrome but it still isn't getting rid of the green bar.
