Why is it so infuriatingly impossible to find a place where I can submit a support ticket? I'm signed in. I'm the admin for my paid account and there was a billing mistake and I'm ready to rage-cancel my whole account because I've been sent on this circular support journey, where each click sends me only to FAQ pages or self-help resources...even when I found a link that said "create a support ticket"....nothing useful!

Especially these days, when AI is a bit 'pushed' before actually submitting the request.
