Whenever i try to record, the record button is locked and it says workspace unavailable, then i try to see if I have starter plan, and it wont show me anything about billing or upgrading, its like the button doesnt work.
This is happening to me as well and I tried all the different methods of trouble shooting, I am on a personal account I dont use this with any company. I cant record any Looms until this goes away

Are you using the chrome extension for Loom or are you using Loom within an Atlassian application like Confluence or Jira?
