Why are videos are not loading from Loom?

None of the videos I have recently tried to make are fully loading. I am using the chrome extension. I even downloaded the extension and reloaded it and am still having the same issue. I deleted the app from my desktop and now I can't add that back because the site says I still have it when I don't.
