Why are my videos are cutting out 2-5 seconds or so before finishing when people watch the replays?

Hello,
It's come to my attention that my videos are cutting out 2-5 seconds or so before finishing. 
I don't push the 'stop recording' button while I'm still speaking. 
Is this a common problem? I remember a coach I used to have, his LOOM check-ins actually did the same thing. I didn't think mine would too.
What's the solution please?

Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the hassle @Bryn Evans! Loom product manager here. Can you say more about what you mean by 'cutting out', and whether you notice the issue during or after the recording? e.g. does the recorder close without you hitting stop? Or are you the final parts of the audio are missing, when you rewatch? Or both? Thank you!

Thanks Eliza. When my clients are watching the LOOM video I send them, they say it the video ends when I'm wrapping up the video. Not sure why as I always press the stop recording button after I stop talking. For some reason LOOM is chopping the last 2-5 seconds or so off my videos.

I am not aware of any officially confirmed recordings routinely cut off the last few seconds.. So I guess is not so common. However some users report that Loom glitches can happen due to processing delays, upload interruptions or system performance issues.

To help reduce the chance of your recording being truncated, you could maybe try leaving a brief 2-3 second pause after finishing speaking, using the Loom desktop application instead of a browser, closing other resource-intensive programs during recording, and making sure Loom is updated to the latest version.

However, these steps are not guaranteed to prevent truncation or glitches in every situation, as the behavior can be influenced by a variety of factors including network conditions, computer performance, and software environment.
