Our CPA shares a Loom link with us so we can access the video he made giving us personalized instructions on how our nonprofit organization should reconcile our accounting records.
As we know, links expire so it's paramount that these instructions can be downloaded for future reference.
However, your system is requiring me to pay $180 just to download a video. I've already used up the free trial with the 1st video his employee sent us. What are my other options?
Shouldn't the CPA be charged and not us? Since we don't even have access to Loom or Atlassian support unless we pay $180, I'm not sure where to go from here.
@Louisiana Non Profit - I can see how that's frustrating.
It's my understanding that if the video uploader has a Loom paid plan, they can enable the downloading of their videos for their viewers for free.
Check with your CPA to see if they're on a paid Loom plan?
That makes sense and is fair, thank you, I will!
