My renewal notice indicates only 1 version of Loom to upgrade to. Is the correct?

If your renewal notice is only showing the AI version, I would read that as the renewal path being offered for your current subscription/account, not as proof that AI is now the only Loom plan. Atlassian also notes there are still some differences between buying through Loom.com and Atlassian.com, so that can affect what you see in billing and renewal flows.
You should check Workspace Settings > Plan & Billing > Manage Subscription first. That is where Atlassian documents plan changes and renewal-related options. If you still only see one path there, I would raise it with Loom billing support, because from the public pricing/billing docs there should still be more than one plan in general.
