I've gone into billing and tried to cancel my subscription. 

 

I seem to be in an endless loop of help pages, but am unable to change the subscription from a monthly one. 

 

I want to cancel my monthly loom subscription

You can refer to this doc to cancel your Loom description: Downgrade or cancel your Loom plan

If you have already integrated your Loom account with the Atlassian system, refer to this: Cancel a subscription

If you're still having trouble after trying these steps, it's best to contact the respective support team directly: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Yeah, that’s annoying but it usually gets stuck in those help-page loops.
